Syed Nayab H. Shah | Chief Executive Officer - CEO

Having a vast experience in Process Management and Operations, Syed Nayab Shah is engaged with educational institutions at a senior management level, for more than a decade. Holding a Masters Degree in Business Administration, he has over 20 years of experience with multinational and international (both Corporate and Not for Profit) organizations, based in UAE and Pakistan. His feat while with The Citizens Foundation (TCF) as the Regional Manager - North West region, he oversaw more than 160 schools, geographically spread across parts of Punjab, KPK and AJK regions. He significantly contributed as General Manager Operations, in the transition of Nasra School System to become more of a process and system driven organization. In his role at NPS as COO for four year till Oct, 2022, he strengthened the schools to provide better learning environment, integration of technology and improve facilities.

Now as the CEO, he continues his leadership role in strategic planning, policy decisions, financials and development of a strong team to carry on with the core mission of the organization. He also assists the Board of Directors, in setting the overall direction of the organization, by providing the required inputs. 

Ali Mehmood Khan - Manager Finance & Company Secretary

Mr. Ali is CA Finalist and has done a Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from KASBIT University and a Master of Arts in Economics from University Karachi.  He comes with 10 years of work experience in Finance & Accounts, Cooperate compliances, and Audit. He has been associated with organizations like Sakrand Sugar Mills Limited and Avital Pharmaceuticals.  

M. Tasadduque Dar | Manager School Operations  

Mr. Tasadduque Dar has Master's degree in Islamic Studies from the University of Punjab and a Diploma of Associate Engineering from the School of Electronics, PAK Karachi. He has over 25 years of overall experience.
Before joining NPS Team, he worked as Director Admin & Admission Department at Dar Ul Madinah International Islamic School System. He has 20 years of experience working with the Pakistan Air Force in the Quality Assurance and Electronics Trade Training Department.

Zahra Zainulabedin | Asst. Manager Human Resources  

Zahra has proven her diverse capabilities after transitioning from accounting to Human Resources and working her way up to takeover the responsibilities as Assistant Manager Human Resources since 2018.
She has done her Master’s in Business Administration in Finance from Iqra University. She has also done Executive Diploma in Labor Law & Industrial Relations Analyst.

Wardah Masood possesses a diverse educational background and substantial leadership experience across various educational systems, having served as an educator in the Beaconhouse School System and as Middle School Section Head at NJV Government Higher Secondary School (Adopted by Akhuwat Foundation). Her cross-sector experience working in both public and private institutions, along with engagements in non-profit organization, reflects a versatile and adaptable approach to education.
Her contributions extend to leading programs like the Aga Khan Middle School Program and implementing the innovative Leader in Me program. 

Mohammad Ali Nasir | Coordinator Academics - Ed-Tech & Training

Muhammad Ali Nasir is an educationist and technologist who possesses a passion for technological education, focusing particularly on the realms of computing, coding, and electronics. Additionally, he is deeply involved in integrating technology into teaching methodologies, showcasing a thoughtful expertise in this domain.

His extensive background includes serving as a Master Trainer at Darul Madinah International Islamic School System, where he conducted teachers' training post-B.Ed. Furthermore, he has contributed as a lecturer in computer studies at St. Patrick’s College, a faculty member at Aptech, and a teacher at San Jose School. These diverse roles have equipped him with the essential skills and knowledge needed to spearhead technology reforms at Nasra Public School.
