HISTORY OF NPS
Nasra Public School (NPS) was born in 2004 as a social enterprise with a mission to provide affordable quality education for K-10 girls and boys belonging to the mid income families of Karachi. It has been built on the legacy set down by the Education Trust Nasra Schools (ETNS) system, founded in 1949; using it as an inspirational springboard to continue the same mission of providing quality education that is both accessible & affordable.
Each NPS campus is fully equipped with modern facilities to ensure the students are provided with a nurturing environment for both academic and personal development. In addition, pro female employment policies contribute to sustainable social impact.
NPS’s strength lies in its ability to leverage the experience, expertise, support and synergies necessary to rapidly scale up and take affordable quality schooling to communities across Pakistan.
This social impact business model focuses on providing affordable and easy access to schooling and continues to expand its reach to meet the growing demand for quality education in a city with over 22 million people. The thrust of the growth strategy focuses on taking NPS into the communities making it truly accessible.

“To nurture the largest socio-economic segment of Pakistan for prosperous future, through quality education integrated with moral values, while achieving sustainable growth”.

Prosperity with Morality

– Excellence – Wisdom
– Integrity – Courage
– Respect – Justice
– Innovation – Empathy
Guiding Principles
The Nasra Public School (NPS) was founded in 2004. Its innovative model transforms the ETNS model into a socially driven, profitable one, with a mission to provide quality education for the mid income to low income families. Four critical drivers poise NPS to become the largest low cost private school (LCPS) chain in Pakistan.

Quality
Drawing from a 70 year legacy, NPS leverages ETNS’s experience and shared resources to deliver high quality services through a curriculum that balances learning together with cultural, physical, mental and moral development. This enables our schools to build a more progressive, inclusive and tolerant society.

Affordability
Continuing the mission started decades ago, by Education Trust Nasra School, NPS strives to create and maintain a balance between the expectations of middle income households in terms of providing Quality of Education to their children and the plausible financial resources available to them.

Accessibility
The NPS campuses can be found inside densely populated areas where access to good quality schooling is rare. At NPS, children and teachers can get to the schools easily and the communities themselves become vested in the success of their local school.

Sustainability
NPS serves Karachi’s densely populated and diverse communities, supporting hardworking families striving for a better future for their children. Through quality education and a pro-female hiring policy, we uplift communities and create sustainable opportunities. With 180+ employees across 6+ campuses, NPS reaches over 2200+ students and continues to grow its impact.

NPS Parent App
Parents are provided with access to NPS parent portal app, through which they remain in constant touch with school management and are able to benefit from various services.
